The inventory of available homes in Dublin rose slightly, with 94 single family homes on the market at the end of February, up from 84 at the end of January. Sales activity was steady, with 27 pending sales of single family homes in February, up slightly from the 26 pending sales in January. All in all, Dublin has continued to be a relatively steady market.
