Pleasanton September Home Sales

There were 64 closed sales in Pleasanton CA in September, ranging from $375,000 to $2,400,000. This is up slightly from 61 sales in August. The median home price in September was $685,000, down from $708,000 in August. The median price per sq ft was $339, down slightly $351 in August. Average days on market was 59 in September, up slightly from 58 in August. 25% of the sales in September were distressed sales (short sales and bank owned properties), up from 13.1% in August. The median age of the closed sales was 24 in September, up slightly from 20 in August.

12 of the 64 sales were over $1 million in September, and 2 of the sales were over $2 million. Overall, the Pleasanton neighborhoods of Del Prado, Mission Park, Laguna Oaks, Pleasanton Meadows, and Vintage Hills II/Vintage Heights all saw strong activity. Here is the complete list of sales:
