Check out Joe Montana’s 500 Acre estate in Calistoga. It is for sale for, of course, $49 million (He should have priced it at $49,494,949.49). It is obviously an awesome house.

The Calistoga property includes a 9,700-square-foot Tuscan-inspired main house, an equestrian center, two year-round creeks, a pond, a regulation-sized basketball court, a skeet shooting range, a caretaker’s residence, a guesthouse, a swimming pool with a spa, a gym, a boccie ball court and a producing olive farm.
Montana built much of his reputation on his mastery of the 2 minute offense, directing dramatic comebacks in the last 2 minutes of some legendary games. Fortunately, there is no truth to the rumor that visitors only get 2 minutes to see the house before time expires.
Coldwell Banker Previews International and Pacific Union/Christie’s Great Estates have the listing at www.villamontanaestate.com.
I wonder if Steve Young is interested?
