The California Place and California Summerset neighborhoods of Pleasanton remains very much in demand, with five closed sales during the past six months, compared to only two during the previous six month period. The homes are selling fairly quickly too. There are no active listings in the neighborhood.

Livermore Market Update November 2010 – Market Stabilizes
