The Pleasanton Heritage Association awarded its first Pleasanton Architectural Heritage Award to Linda and Ken Bloom for the work they did to restore and maintain the character of the cottage-style bungalow at Neal and Second Streets.
The Blooms purchased the home six years ago and undertook a several-month’s long renovation that was not cheap.

Pleasanton Home Sales January 2010

The market saw fewer closed home sales in January, with 35 closed single family homes, down from 44 in December. The median sales price for Pleasanton was $707,000 in January, up from $654,000 in December. However, the median price per sq ft dropped to $336 in January, down from $356 in December.
