On average, homes sold for 98.1% of the asking price. 1/3 of the closed sales were distressed sales, either short sales or bank owned properties. This is up from 25% in December. 7 of the 44 home sales, or 15%, were over $1 million.
The Pleasanton neighborhoods of Mohr Park, Bridle Creek, Kottinger Ranch, and Ruby Hill all saw strong activity in January.
