The median sales price for Dublin was $600,000 in March, up from $499,000 in February. However, the median price per square foot dropped to $294 in March from $299 in February.
The average days on market for the closed sales was 26 in March, up from 18 in February. On average, homes sold for 100.9%% of the asking price. 49% of the closed sales were distressed sales, either short sales or bank owned properties. This is up from 35% in February. 1 of the 33 home sales, or 3%, was over $1 million. This was the home at 2734 E Signal Hill Terrace in Dublin Ranch.
The neighborhoods of Briar Hills, California Creekside, and Dublin Ranch all saw strong sales activity for the month.
