There appears to be demand for homes in the Pleasanton Meadows neighborhood of Pleasanton. Homes that are listed for sale are not on the market for a long time, for the most part. However, there has been less activity in the past six months than there was in the prior six month period.

The Oaks Livermore Market Update May 2010

Permalink | Make a Comment » | Print This Post Print This Post

I get the sense that if there were more inventory in The Oaks neighborhood of Livermore, there would be more sales. Three sales closed in the past six months, another two are pending, and there are no active listings. Compared to the first nine months of 2009, when there were only two closed

Activity in the Deerwood/Cambrio neighborhood of San Ramon in the past six months has been comparable to the previous six month period, but higher than what we saw in the beginning of 2009. While not exactly hot, the Vintage Hills II neighborhood of Pleasanton has picked up somewhat compared to six or twelve months ago. There have been four sales in the past six months, compared to three in the six months prior to that, and only one during the first half of 2009. There have

Are they or aren’t they? Are foreclosures slowing, or not? It’s always interesting trying to figure out exactly what is going on in the market place. There are facts, like the recent report that shows lenders sent out fewer notices of foreclosure in April than they did a year ago. And

The real estate market in Pleasanton continued the trends began in January, with both pending sales and inventory of single family homes increasing. Both inventory and pending sales increased in Danville from February, the last time I posted results for Danville. While a little uneven from February to March to April, the net result was that the relative inventory level remained unchanged at about 2.3 months, relative to pending sales. The inventory at the end of

The real estate market in San Ramon loosened up a little in April, with gains in inventory outpacing gains in pending sales. That is especially true in the market for homes priced over $1 million, where pending sales actually fell. The market for homes priced under $1 million, which made up 78% of

Well, the little breathing room we had between inventory and pending sales in Dublin in March evaporated in April. Pending sales were about the same as inventory, which has been the case for the past nine months, except for March. Inventory increased very little, while pending sales jumped up by 16.
April’s month-end inventory
