Dublin Home Sales April 2010

The real estate market saw less closed home sales in April, with 18 closed single family homes, compared to 33 in March. The median sales price for Dublin was $600,000 in April, unchanged from March. However, the median price per square foot dropped to $284 from $294 in March.

The average days on market for the closed sales was 25 in April, unchanged from March. On average, homes sold for100% of the asking price. 56% of the closed sales were distressed sales, either short sales or bank owned properties. This is up from 49% in March. None of the homes sold were over $1 million.

The Dublin neighborhoods of and saw strong activity in April.
