The real estate market saw more closed home sales in April, with 57 closed single family homes, compared to 37 in March. The median sales price for San Ramon was $765,000 in April, down from $780,000 in March. However, the median price per square foot increased to $292 in April from $289 in March.
The average days on market for the closed sales was 25 in April, down from 43March. On average, homes sold for 100% of the asking price. 32% of the closed sales were distressed sales, either short sales or bank owned properties. This is down from 38% in March. 14 of the 57 home sales, or 25%, were over $1 million.
The neighborhoods of , , , and all showed strong activity in April.
