On May 15th, another season of the San Ramon Farmer’s Market will open, bringing the best in Bay Area fruit, produce, and artisanal goods to the Tri Valley. Every Saturday, from May to October, in the beautiful 16-acre setting of Forest Home Farms, you can spend your morning shopping from 30-40 vendors, offering a variety of fruits and vegetables, cheeses, honey, breads, olive oils, and plants. There will also be a food court with live music, and even a Master Gardener plant clinic to answer all your gardening questions.
The setting is a jewel in San Ramon’s history; Forest Home Farms dates back to 1850 and was owned by descendants of Daniel Boone. Tours of the farm will be offered every Saturday at 11am for $5 through the course of the Farmer’s Market.
So enjoy the freshest foods of the season and make the San Ramon Farmer’s Market part of your weekend ritual! The deliciousness will be ready for you.
