Great Spots in Pleasanton for Family Holiday Photos

Families everywhere that did not get great photos for their holiday greeting cards during their summer vacations are scrambling to find the perfect spot to take those photos now, in time to get their greeting cards done. Well I’m here to help, at least for some great spots in Pleasanton. Check out the following locations for great backgrounds to that perfect family photo.

- Pleasanton Ridge Regional Park– My personal favorite for all things outdoors in Pleasanton (except for team sports – it’s pretty tough to play baseball on those ridges).
- Augustin Bernal Park
- Marilyn Murphy Kane Trail
- Lake Del Valle
- Sunol Regional Wilderness
- Callippe Preserve Golf Course
- Local Community Parks - don’t forget that nice park just around the corner. Pleasanton has many of them all around town.

I know there are many more places in and near Pleasanton that would be great for taking the perfect family photo but this is a great start. Any one of the above locations has beautiful scenery, along with a wide array of wildlife to provide a great background to show off your family and community.
