Vintage Hills II Pleasanton Market Update December 2010

The real estate market in the Vintage Hills II neighborhood of Pleasanton remained very quite during the past six months. There was no activity at all during that period. Going back a full year, there were five closed sales.

Those five homes sold for an average price of $889,580 or $332 per square foot, which was 100% of the asking price. The homes were listed for an average of 163 days. 3248 is an REO. None of the other properties were distressed (short sale or REO).

There are no active listings or pending sales in Vintage Hills II.

Vintage Hills II is an upscale development on the southeast side of Pleasanton. The neighborhood, built in the 1980’s, has a community pool. The homes feature 3 car garages, and range from 2,300 to 3,200 square feet on lots that are 7,000 to 11,000 square feet.
