Danville Home Sales February 2011

Danville had a bit of a bounce back, as closed sales of single family detached homes increased in February after falling in January. There were 30 such closings in February, compared to 19 in January and 42 in December. The median sales price decreased to $780,000 in February from $820,000 in January.

Closed sales of single family detached homes in Pleasanton remained low again in February, at only 31, virtually unchanged from 30 in January. That is compared to the 51 closed sales in December and 37 in October and November. The median sales price fell from $665,500 in January to $660,000 in February.
