Ironwood Estates Pleasanton Market Update April 2011

The Ironwood Estates neighborhood of Pleasanton has seen a pick up in activity, with two recent closed sales and three new listings coming on the market. No sales are pending.

The average list price of the three active listings is $1,527,667 or $358 per square foot. They have been on the market for an average of 21 days. None of them are distressed short sales or REO.

Two sales have closed since March of 2010, on in November 2010 and one in March 2011. They sold for an average price of $1,212,500 or $328 per square foot. They were listed for 131 days and 10 days, respectively. 1404 Briones Lane was a short sale.

Here is a table of the activity in the past six months.

The Estates at Ironwood feature large luxury homes that are very well appointed, with large generous living areas and luxury finishes in the kitchens and baths. The Ponderosa Residences are exclusive upscale homes on generous lots on Mohr Ave.
