Ironwood Classics Pleasanton Market Update April 2011

The lack of inventory continues to be the story in the Ironwood Classics neighborhood of Pleasanton. There are no active listings and no pending sales. Two sales have closed this year, along with two other’s that closed in the second half of 2010.
The average sales price of the four closed sales was $906,875

The Ironwood Estates neighborhood of Pleasanton has seen a pick up in activity, with two recent closed sales and three new listings coming on the market. No sales are pending.
The average list price of the three active listings is $1,527,667 or $358 per square foot. They have been on the market
