Five new listings have come on line in the past 41 days and this neighborhood is a popular place to live. Three sales closed in the past six months but there were no closings for three months, from November to April. None of the homes in this neighborhood are short sales or REO.
The average asking price for the five new listings is $1,012,590 or $369 per square foot. The homes have been on the market for an average of 26 days.
There is only one pending sales, on Maple Leaf Drive. It is listed at $894,900 or $352 per square foot and has been available for 38 days.
Three sales closed in the past six months. The average sales price was $929.167 or $338 per square foot. The homes were on the market for an average of 49 days and sold for about 98% of the asking price.
Located East of Santa Rita Road off Mohr Ave, Mohr Park Estates and Charter Oaks are upscale homes with generous floor plans and luxury amenities. Both neighborhoods are close to award winning Mohr Elementary School, and centrally located with good access to freeways, BART, downtown Pleasanton, parks, and shopping. There are also walking trails nearby that run along the quarries.
