After seeing a significant increase in activity in the middle part of 2010, the Pleasanton Hills neighborhood of Pleasanton came to a full stop in January of this year. There are no active listings or pending sales in the neighborhood and the last closed sale was in early January.

Five sales closed since June of 2010. The average sales price was $1,014,775 or $310 per square foot. On average, these homes were listed for 114 days and sold for about 87% of the asking price. None of the homes were short sales or REO.

Built in the mid-1980s, these Victorian inspired homes are located close to downtown Pleasanton near the intersection of Bernal Ave and First St. Several of the homes in this desirable neighborhood have fabulous views of the Pleasanton Ridge and downtown.
