Closed sales of single family detached homes in Dublin decreased to 20 in April, from 31 in March. The median sales price also fell, to $500,000 from $651,000 in March. The median price per square foot, however, increased to $276 in April from $260 in March.
April’s closings were on the market for 48 days, compared to 59 for sales that closed in March. The sales price as a percentage of the list price was largely unchanged at 98%. 55% of the April’s closed sales were distressed (short sale or REO) compared to 42% in March.
