Increased Recycled Water Services Coming to Dublin & San Ramon

The Stoneridge neighborhood of Pleasanton saw a sharp increase in activity over the past six months, with 10 closed sales and another four pending.  By comparison, there were only six closed sales during all of 2010.
There are two active listings in the Stoneridge neighborhood.  The average asking price is $728,475 or $282 per square foot.
