Going vintage and retro with your wardrobe and your home décor is all the rage right now, so why not head out to the Fall Antiques & Collectibles Street Faire this weekend in Pleasanton to search for that perfect piece screaming your name?

There will be all kinds of home decorations, clothing, furniture, jewelry, art, pottery, books and collectible for you to scour. Add to your own collection, get a jump on your holiday shopping, or just get out and enjoy the day.

Rain or shine, more than 400 dealers will be on hand at the Main Street event, which runs Sunday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is free.

In addition, free appraisal will be offered by Steve Yvaska, noted appraiser and journalist, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. He will be located near the information booth on the corner of Main and Division. Limit three items per person.

The Pleasanton Downtown Antiques and Collectibles Faire is run by Betsy and Jerry Goldman. For more information, call 650-242-1294 or email info@turnkeyprod.com, or visit www.pleasantonantiquefaire.com.
