Pleasanton Market Update September 2011 – Market In Good Shape

Closed sales of single family detached homes in Pleasanton decreased in September to 44 from 60 in August.  That seems like a big drop but Augusts’ sales were abnormally high and September’s were still higher than September of last year, when there were 37 closed sales.
