Three months ago, 39% the closed sales in the prior six months were distressed.
The 18 active listings have an average asking price of $2,862,438 or $411 per square foot. The homes have been available for an average of 116 days. The average days on the market is heavily skewed by two properties that have been on the market for over 400 days and three others that have been available for over 140 days.
The average list price of the nine pending sales is $1,893,889 or $380 per square foot. The homes have been on the market for 50 days, on average.
