Just in time for the holiday shopping season, Paragon Outlets, located at the southeast corner of El Charro Road and Interstate 580 where the cities of Livermore, Pleasanton, and Dublin meet, will open Nov. 8.
The 543,000-square-foot outlet mall will showcase more than 120 stores, including Banana Republic Factory Store, Barney’s New York Outlet, Cole Haan Company Store, J.Crew, Michael Kors, Neiman Marcus Last Call, Nike Factory Store, Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH, Tommy Hilfiger, and many more.
The outlets sit on a 42-acre site; developers own 17 acres adjacent to the mall, allowing for future expansion.
New public improvements include the expansion of El Charro Road, improvements to the adjacent El Charro/Fallon Road freeway interchange, and the extension of Jack London Boulevard through the site. These improvements will enhance the area’s regional connections and improve access to Livermore’s historic downtown and renowned wine country.
The San Francisco Business Times reports that the outlet mall will generate 2,000 jobs and will bring the city of Livermore an estimated $2 million in sales tax revenue.
