It’s hard to believe, but it’s almost time for the Harvest Festival Original Art and Craft Show. If you enjoy looking at and shopping for handmade jewelry, clothing, specialty foods, photography, ceramics, and more, then mark your calendar for Sept. 14-16.
The Harvest Festival is celebrating 40 years of touring indoor shows throughout California, Nevada, and Arizona. As usual, the Pleasanton event will be held at the Alameda County Fairgrounds.
Stage and strolling entertainment will be on hand, as well as tantalizing festival food. You can pay once and return as many times as you’d like during the three-day event.
There’s something for everyone in the family, including Kidzones with craft activities for the little ones in most venues.
Tickets for adults cost $9, kids 13-17 and seniors 62 and up are $7. Kids 12 and under are free. Parking is $8.
The event will be open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
