This popular neighborhood is situated in the middle of Pleasanton, and is located off of Santa Rita Road. “The Gates” is actually comprised of three different neighborhoods built by Signature Properties, William Lyon Homes, and Woodhill Development. It is known as “The Gates” because most of the street names have the word Gates in them (e.g. Sutter Gate, Larimie Gate).
