The average asking price of the three pending sales is $887,283 or $265 per square foot. They have been on the market for an average of 35 days. Two of the properties were short sales.
The five properties that closed in the past six months were sold for an average of $861,333 or $285 per square foot. They were listed for an average of only 16 days and sold for 99.4% of the asking price. Three of the six properties were short sales.
The Oaks features gorgeous upscale homes with a variety of home styles, from Mission to Country French to Vineyard/Craftsman. The homes range in size between 2,500 and 4,000 square feet, with 3 car garages and 1/4 acre to 1/2 acre flat lots, all in the pastoral setting of South Livermore.
