Dublin Market Update December 2011 – A Typical December … Sort Of

December was typical in Dublin in that both inventory and pending sales fell.  What wasn’t typical was the level of inventory, which was at its lowest level since 2005 with only 35 single family detached homes for sale.

Closed sales of single family detached homes in Dublin decreased by three units in December, to 29 from 32 in November.  The median sales price increased to $565,000 in December from $507,500 in November.   The median price per square foot decreased to $266 in December from $269 in November.
