Livermore Market Update January 2012 – It’s Getting Tight

Livermore Market Update December 2011 – Strong Sales, Inventory Down

Inventory continued to fall in Livermore, with December posting the fifth consecutive decline.  Inventory was last this low late in 2009.  Other parts of the Tri-Valley are seeing five to seven year lows in inventory.  Pending sales, meanwhile, took a surprising jump upwards in December to 88, a very strong December number.
