Livermore Market Update November 2010 – Market Stabilizes

After five consecutive months of rising inventory of single family detached homes in Livermore, the number of homes for sale declined in November. Inventory typically declines this time of year, so no surprise here. Pending sales remained strong, although off their highs for the year.
