The inventory of single family detached homes in San Ramon remained very low again in February but did manage to add a few homes.  Pending sales increased little, after surging in January.  High end sales (over $1 million) rose for the third consecutive month and accounted for 13% of all pending sales in February.

36 sales of single family detached homes closed in San Ramon in February, up from 29 in January.  February’s sales were higher than those in February 2010 or 2011, when there were 33 sales.  The extra day in February this year helped, as four sales closed on the 29th.  That puts this February on pace
