The Carlton Oaks neighborhood of Pleasanton did not see much activity during the past six months.  There have been no closed sales during that period, although two sales are pending.  There is one active listing in the neighborhood.
The active listing is on W Lagoon Road and is priced at $1,009,999 or $285 per square foot.

Pleasanton Market Update March 2012 – Most Pending Sales in 7 Years

Alamo Market Update March – Tightest Market Since 2004
