LIVERMORE, CA--(Marketwire - July 27, 2010) - FormFactor, Inc. ( NASDAQ : FORM ) today announced its financial results for the second quarter of fiscal 2010, which ended on June 26, 2010. Quarterly revenues were $57.6 million, up 45.1% from $39.7 million in the first quarter of fiscal 2010, and up 84.6% from $31.2 million in the second quarter of fiscal 2009.
