Email Listing Alert!
Welcome to Listing Alert! Now you can receive automatic emails whenever new listings that match your search criteria hit the market. To activate, simply:
- Create an MLS Search with your desired criteria
- Run your search and view the results
- Click on the "Email Notification of New Listings from this Search" link at the bottom of the search results page
- Name your search and check the box under ACTIVATE NOTIFICATION. Hit save.
You will then receive regular emails when new listings hit the market. You can also activate ListingAlert! from the Neighborhood Search page, where you can be notified by email whenever new listings come on the market in a specific neighborhood. You must have a VIP Account to save listings and set up email notification.
