Avignon, Bordeaux Estates & Chateau Estates are located just outside Ruby Hill off of Vineyard Ave in East Pleasanton.

Avignon, built by Centex Homes in 2006 & 2007, features luxury homes ranging from 3600 to 4000 sq ft, some with opional guest suites above the garage. All have 4 car garages. Bordeaux Estates was the first phase, and Chateau Estates was the second phase of the same floor plans, with some minor differences in the exteriors (more stone accents and other details).  These homes have excellent room counts, with some of the floorplans featuring as many as 5 bedrooms plus office & bonus rooms.
