Pleasanton - Bonde Ranch

Bonde Ranch was developed by Shapell Industries in 1996 & 1997. Most are tract homes built by Shapell, although there are also several lots sold by Shapell that contain custom homes. The neighborhood is located off of Bernal Ave just East of downtown Pleasanton. The homes feature Traditional exteriors with modern, open floorplans and luxurious kitchens and baths.

The homes range in size from 2200 sq ft to over 3300 sq ft, with lot sizes in the 8000 to over 20,000 sq ft range. Most have 3 car garages. There are both single story and two story homes in this neighborhood.  Some of the homes have sweeping views of the Pleasanton ridge and the valley.  The neighborhood offers excellent access to downtown Pleasanton which makes it a popular choice for home buyers.
