There is a large city park (Fawn Hills) in the middle of the development, as well as access to the Marilyn Murphy Kane Trail, Pleasanton's newest open space trail which meanders along the scenic creek to the West of the development. There is also excellent access to both the elementary and middle school through a new access road that runs under the freeway in the East end of the development.
