Pleasanton - Carriage Gardens/Rose Point

Located South of downtown off Sunol Blvd, Rose Pointe was one of the original custom home developments in Pleasanton. Built in the late 1960's to the early 1970's, these homes typically range from 1700 to 2700 sq ft, with generous lots ranging from 8000 to 12,000 sq ft. Many of these homes are single story, and most have been updated or remodeled to some extent. Some have fabulous views of the Pleasanton ridge.

Carriage Gardens is a newer collection of semi-custom and custom luxury homes adjacent to Rose Pointe. The original homes were built in the mid to late 1980's and contained both custom homes, as well as semi-custom homes built by Warmington. In 1998 - 2000, Black Mountain Development built custom homes on the remaining lots. Homes in this area range from 2000 square feet to over 5000 sq ft on 1/2 to 1 acre lots. Both of these neighborhoods offer excellent commute access to I-680, and are close to shopping, schools, and downtown Pleasanton.
