Livermore - Danbury/Regency Area

This area contains several newer home developments.  It is located off N. Vasco Rd and Scenic Ave in North Livermore.

Danbury, built by Centex Homes between 1994 - 1996, is located in North Livermore just off Vasco Road. These attractive homes feature 4 & 5 bedroom floorplans ranging from 2000 to 2400 sq ft, with both 2 and 3 car garages. Lots range from 7000 to 9000 sq ft.

Regency was built by Beck Development in 1996 - 1997, and features 2100 - 2800 sq ft homes on lots typically in the 7000 - 9000 sq ft range.

Parklane Estates was built by Pulte homes in 2000, and features homes ranging from 1650 - 2350 sq ft, on 5500 to 7500 sq ft lots.

Hallmark was built by Passport Homes in 1997, and features homes ranging from 2250 to 2450 sq ft on 8000 to 10,000 sq ft lots.

K & B Homes and Castle Construction also built two other small pockets of homes in this area between 1990 and 2000 on Mt Day Dr and Jayhawk Lane, both next to Croce Elementary.  These homes range from 1600 to 2700 sq ft on 7500 to 10,000 sq ft lots.
