Built in 1978 - 1980 by Ponderosa Homes, these homes range in size from 1900 to 300 sq ft, on generous 9000 sq ft to 15,000 sq ft lots, many with sweeping views of the San Ramon Valley. There is a Homeowners Association that maintains the common area, but no pool.Danville Place is located along El Capitan Dr in the Greenbrook area. Built by K & B Homes in 1976 & 1977, these homes range from 1650 to 2900 sq ft, on lots ranging from 8000 sq ft to 11,000 sq ft, with a handful up to 1/3 acre. Homeonwer's Association includes a community pool and tennis courts.
