Pleasanton - Del Prado

Del Prado is an older neighborhood that borders Valley Ave South of Hopyard Rd, as well as Black Ave. Del Prado contains homes built by 3 different builders: McKay Homes, Dietz Crane, and Singer Homes. Built between 1968 and 1977, these homes feature 3,4, and 5 bedroom homes ranging in size from 1370 to over 2500 sq ft, with 2 car garages and lots that typically range from 6500 to 9000 sq ft. A good number of these homes are single story.

Del Prado is very centrally located, and most parts are close to the elementary and middle schools.  It is also close to downtown Pleasanton, and has easy access to freeways for commuting.  Some homes have magnificent views of the Pleasanton ridge. There is a community pool and cabana that covers some, but not all of these homes.
