Pleasanton - Foothill Farms/Muirwood Meadows

Foothill Farms is located off of Foothill Road in West Pleasanton. These 3 to 5 bedroom homes range in size from 1300 sq ft to over 2000 sq ft, with lots that typically range from 6000 sq ft to over 8000 sq ft. They were built from 1968 to 1970. Foothill Farms homes are traditional in style, with about half being single story ranch style homes.  The lots tend to be flat, and there are some excellent views of the Pleasanton ridge.

Muirwood Meadows is a small pocket of homes built in 1986 by Broadmore/Lusk Homes. They are2 story homes on lots that typically range from 4500 to 6500 sq ft. The homes are California contemporary in style, with vaulted ceilings and open floor plans.  They are located along Muirwood Drive off of Foothill Rd near Foothill High School.

Both neighborhoods are walking distance to Foothill High School, and close to the elementary school.  They have excellent commute access to both I-580 and I-680, as well as BART.
