Foothill Knolls is an upscale neighborhood along Foothill Road with large lots and custom amenities. These homes range from 2060 sq ft to over 3000 sq ft, with 3 car garages and generous lot sizes ranging from 1/4 acre to over 1/2 acre.

Built in the late 1980's, most homes have 2 fireplaces, vaulted ceilings, and luxurious master suites. There are both single story and two story floor plans that feature 3 to 5 bedrooms.  There are also some custom homes at the entrance to the development.
