Built in 1965 to 1969, these charming homes are situated in West Pleasanton off of Foothill Rd. These 3,4, and 5 bedroom homes range in size from 1300 square feet to over 2000, with lots typically in the 7000 square foot range.

The homes here have a very traditional, almost East Coast look and feel to them.  The floor plans tend to be rather compartmentalized, although they are flexible and easy to modify and expand.  This is a mature neighborhood, with lots of trees and some very nice views of the Pleasanton ridge.
