Lots range from 1/3 to 1/2 acre, many of which boast incredible views of the hills and valley.

Roubion is the final phase of Norris Canyon Estates, built from 2007 to 2008 by John Liang Homes.  These luxury homes range from 4500 sq ft to over 6000 sq ft, with 3 and 4 car garages on 1/2 to 1 acre lot, many with views. Since starting these homes, the builder has filed bankruptcy and stopped building.

There is a road maintenance assessment that is added to the property taxes in this development.  It runs approximately $2100 per year.
