Rancho Diablo is located in West Dublin near Shannon Community Park.  These mostly split level homes range from 1850 to 2750 sq ft, most with 3 car garages.  These lots range from 8000 to 12,000 sq ft.  Some have nice views of the valley and West Dublin hills.

 

Most of the homes in Rancho Diablo were built by Dividend Development between 1980 - 1984.  Dividend acquired the lots from another builder who started the project.  However, Dividend did not finish the tract.  A Handful of lots at the top of Rhoda Ave were sold to other builders.
