Build by Sunset Homes between 1958 - 1969, Sunset West is a quaint, well kept neighborhood featuring homes ranging from 1120 to 2000 sq ft.  Most of the homes in Sunset West are single story ranch style homes, and they generally have 2 car garages.  The lots in Sunset West range from 6000 to 7500 sq ft.

Sunset West has allways been popular with home buyers due to the quiet tree-lined streets, excellent schools, and flexible floorplans.  Many of these homes have been remodeled and updated.

Granada Woods is a pocket of older single story homes on large 10,000 - 15,000 sq ft flat lots.  Built around the same time, these homes were very luxurious for their time.  They range in size from 1750 to almost 3000 sq ft.  Many of these homes retain their original charm today, and have been remodeled and updated as well.
