The Gates is a popular Pleasanton CA real estate neighborhood situated in the middle of Pleasanton, and is located off of Santa Rita Road. "The Gates" is actually comprised of 3 different neighborhoods built by Signature Properties, William Lyon Homes, and Woodhill Development. It is known as "The Gates" because most of the street names have the word Gates in them (Sutter Gate, Larimie Gate, etc).
Homes for sale in The Gates feature both one and two story homes ranging in size from 1400 sq ft to 2200 sq ft. Most have 2 car garages, although the larger floor plans can have 3 car garages.
